Bybit, one of the top three global crypto currency exchanges by volume, has announced the formation of a strategic partnership with global Web3 communities, launching the Blockchain for Good Alliance (BGA) at Blockchain Life Dubai 2024. The new coalition brings together blockchain foundations, universities and NGOs, committing to use the power of blockchain technology to bring about positive social change.
The BGA will focus on providing blockchain tech training to more people, boosting projects aligned with social betterment and opening the future of finance to more people. Bybit will lead discussions, promote ‘hackathons’ and provide expert backing to improve technical and project management skills among its partners.
Notably, the announcement was made at the 2024 edition of Blockchain Life Dubai, which took place on April 15th and April 16th. Now in its 12th edition, the event brings together guests from across 120 countries, symbolic of the international reach of blockchain technology. Dubai has become a leading hub for Web3 tech, with Global’s inaugural AI and Blockchain Show also taking place recently on April 16th and April 17th.
