Asset managers start fee war over potential spot bitcoin ETFs

Pilots of an Alaska Airlines Boeing 737 Max reported pressurisation warnings on three flights in the weeks before the plane’s door plug blew out in mid-air on Friday, according to US government investigators.

The incidents were “very benign”, Jennifer Homendy, chair of the National Transportation Safety Board, an independent US government agency responsible for investigating civil transport accidents, said at a Sunday press conference.

She said it was unclear whether the previous warning lights had any relation to Friday’s incident.

Alaska Airlines placed a restriction on the plane preventing it from making long over-sea journeys, such as flying to Hawaii. It also ordered maintenance on the light which had not been completed at the time of the incident, said Homendy.
