Andrew Tate has become one of the most popular and polarizing figures in the world today. Now, the millionaire and social media icon appears to be looking into the cryptocurrency field and may launch his own cryptocurrency.
In a recent post on X, Tate proposed a question to his millions of followers. Addressing “crypto Twitter,” Tate states: “If I launch a coin and back it with 100m of my own money and never sell, then I’ll let University.com members get in early at a discount.”The University.com website is one that Tate owns which provides a learning service for those interested in making millions in “The Real World.”
Andrew Tate uses his fame as further reinforcement that the proposed cryptocurrency would be a success. “Because I’m the most famous man alive I’ll promote it everywhere [and] let you all make money.”

Tate adds later in the post that he’ll execute the plan if his post gets 50,000 retweets. The interesting part of the new proposed cryptocurrency is that Andrew Tate has previously been very anti-crypto. Early last year, Tate said he doesn’t choose to rob his fans like “every other influencer.” “I do not have anything to do with any crypto,” Tate emphasized in the post in all caps.
At press time, the post is already at over 10,000 retweets.
