    December 29, 2023Updated:December 29, 2023No Comments2 Mins Read

Adani Enterprises Limited is exploring the domains of blockchain, IoT, and artificial intelligence (AI) through its collaboration with SiriusXM International Holding, a division of International Holding Company (IHC).

The result of this partnership is the establishment of Sirius Digitech International Limited, an Abu Dhabi-based joint venture (JV). Adani owns 49%, while Sirius owns 51% of the JV.

The goal of JV is to leverage the potential of artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and secured blockchain products in a variety of industries.

It intends to focus on the Indian economy’s fast-expanding digitalization opportunity, which is predicted to turn into a $1 trillion market by 2030. Focus areas include growing into the FinTech, HealthTech, and GreenTech sectors as well as infrastructure businesses.

Adani Enterprises released a statement stating that the collaboration combines Adani’s strategic insights with Sirius’s worldwide experience in digital transformation. It is anticipated that organizations will be equipped with cutting-edge technology that optimizes sectors, expedites workflows, and promotes expansion.

Using the industrial testbed of Adani Group to validate and expand its solutions, the JV intends to implement blockchain and AI goods and services for industrial applications. Adani Energy Solutions has also established a joint venture with a business supported by IHC to grow its smart meter business internationally as well as in India.

Adani Transmission Step-Four Limited, an Adani Energy company, purchased a 49% share in the smart metering solutions division of Esyasoft Holdings Ltd., with Esyasoft holding a 51% stake.
